This department has 8 fully automatic beds with the ability to change position, wavy mattress to prevent bedsores, and facilities such as ventilator, heart monitor, lung monitor, and central suction, which provides the possibility of simultaneous use for nurses.

The experienced and caring personnel of the department have the necessary skills and knowledge in the field of caring for critically ill patients, and periodically receive the necessary training in specialized courses, and are responsible for caring for and checking the condition of patients around the clock.

Department equipment:

Dragerfour ventilator and 760 ventilator, perfuser, shock device, EKG, electrocardiograph, central and portable suction, emergency trolley, central monitoring, C.R.R.T dialysis machine, portable echocardiography machine, ultrasound machine, ABG blood gas control machine and other advanced equipment

General ICU services and regulations:
  • Performing echocardiography in the department
  • Carrying out portable ultrasounds in the department
  • Performing rehabilitation and physiotherapy measures
  • Isolation room to isolate some patients
  • Bathing patients at least two to three times a week
  • The number of nurses and paramedics is proportional to the number of beds in the ward
  • Carrying out all the patient’s affairs by the staff and not needing to be accompanied
  • Carrying out all clinical and paraclinical measures after admitting the patient and during hospitalization
  • The possibility of determining the patient’s diet based on the doctor’s diagnosis and the type of disease by a nutritionist
  • Teaching necessary things to companions and patients after recovery and preparation for receiving educational things
  • All ward beds are equipped with CCTV cameras and the possibility of patient monitoring and observation for companions and visitors through the ward lobby.
